Yamuna authority(YEIDA) has recently launched a new residential plot scheme on May 7th Wednesday. In this scheme, 477 plots of sizes between 60 square meters and 2000 square meters are available in sectors 16, 17A,18, 20, and 22D. The allotment of these plots will be done on November 15th, 2022, by a draw, and people have the option to apply online in this scheme till October 7th, an official said.
Recently the YEIDA also launched another scheme of shops and kiosks near the Jewar airport. According to officials, some of the remaining plots are allotted in this scheme, along with the maximum new plots.
If you wish to buy plots in this scheme, you can go on the website of Yamuna authority, and to apply, you will have to deposit ten percent of the total value of the plot. You will find different payment options. Those who will choose to pay 100% will be prioritized in the allotment process. And those who pay 50% of the total cost and the remaining in installments will be considered next. Now it depends on the budget of the buyers.
And those who choose to pay 30% and the rest 70% remaining as installments will be the last preference. In this process, you can go according to your budget.
Maximum plots are available in 120 square meters, which are 262, 76 plots in 200 square feet, 56 plots in 300 square meters, 40 plots in 162 square meters, and 19 plots in 60 square meters.
In December of last year, a residential plots scheme was launched by YEIDA; it was close to the upcoming Noida international airport, which got more than 30 times responses. Against those 416 plots in that scheme of Yamuna authority, around 13889 applications were received by the YEIDA.
